(NASDAQ: ASAXU) (the “Company”) announced today that, commencing on or about March 15, 2021, holders of units sold in the Company’s initial public offering may elect to separately trade the shares of the Company’s common stock and warrants included in the units. Astrea Acquisition Corp. Announces Closing of $150,000,000 Initial Public OfferingNew York, NY, Feb. 08, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Astrea Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ASAXU) (the “Company”) announced that it closed its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit generating total gross proceeds of $150,000,000. The units were listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) and began trading under the ticker symbol “ASAXU” on February 4, 2021. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one-half of one warrant to purchase one share of common stock at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “ASAX” and “ASAXW,” respectively.
