$CORV On May 27, 2020, Correvio Pharma Corp. (“Correvio” or the “Company”) announced the consummation of the previously reported court-approved statutory plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”) under the Canada Business Corporations Act pursuant to which ADVANZ PHARMA Corp. Limited (“ADVANZ”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of the Company. Under the terms of the Arrangement, approved on May 15, 2020 by Correvio shareholders, ADVANZ paid $0.42 per issued and outstanding share of common stock of Correvio. Sounds like we get .42 cents per share. When that will be i dont know.
