$IVR accumulating IVR for long term gains. I sold all my $SNDL shares that I gained lots of profits with average.69 cent. IVR is the next big ticket for me, it’s very low right now Plus I like quarterly dividends. let’s go. I believe IVR is doing the right thing to increase the book value and dividend payment. They are very consistent with their plans thou they recent had offerings to buy the preferred A that they are paying dividend of .48 cent, they will put it back it to common shares. it’s a steal right now. long term gains are really amazing. one of my saving accounts. Just sit down and relax, only time can tell.Stockholderq, published June 5, 2021
It was 18$ last year and now is only 3.40$. I think it's heavily shorted as other REITs have almost returned to their previous levels.
Can't we make some money here by short squeezing this f.. ker GameStop style?
$IVR I just read some of post on here and it’s obvious that we have some very impatient people who purchased something without long term plans. Well, 1st it’s a REIT not a growth stock. I bought it for the dividend and long term growth. The analysis say sell except for Zacks says buy last time I looked. I personally don’t care what they say but it’s good to know because when they start saying things like hold or buy and the price goes up I might have someone to sell it to if I want. If they keep raising the dividend payment then I believe I will continue hold. Right now if I buy a share I get over 10%. When the dividend goes up then my return on investment goes up. 🤔 basically the reverse of a credit card. The company has cash and things will improve. I might be able to retire some day.FutureBoatOwner, published May 20, 2021
