Kraton Corporation (NYSE: KRA) (the "Company") today announced that Kraton Polymers LLC and Kraton Polymers Capital Corporation, its wholly-owned subsidiaries (together, the "Issuers"), have priced $400.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025 (the "New Notes") in connection with their previously announced private offering of the New Notes. The New Notes, which priced at par, will mature on December 15, 2025, and will pay interest semiannually at an annual rate of 4.250%.
