Featured Post From StockTwits About OSK

$OSK The 8K includes:

Although we believe the USPS awarded the NGDV contract to us as a result of a robust and thorough process, a competitor has challenged our winning proposal, which if successful could result in the USPS canceling part or all of our NGDV contract. Among other things, this would harm our ability to recover investments we have made in anticipation of initiating production under the contract and adversely impact future results relative to current expectations.

We believe... Robust and thorough process - Is false, because the vehicle that won the bid had not even been built for the contract bid process. SEC needs to look into this 8K filing for misleading and fraudulent statements.

Other Notable StockTweets About OSK

$WKHS Someone said what happens if the case is dismissed against the USPS. Truthfully, we should be trading at least at $15-$20 compared to other EVs. We must prove we can produce and I think this is the quarter we will and than that goes to $20-30 with 8,500 forward sales and the drones FAA approval which would validate our patent that is filled with value.

So what happens if the court invalidates $OSK award? Well we traded at over $40 just with the promise of the contract. $75+ easily in our sites if the court agrees with any rational person there was something rotten with that procurement.

$OSK Oshkosh how can a company of this size try to pull a Nikola like scam with the Mail Truck? Damn this must be disappointing to the Oshkosh investors and to our Military. If I were the military I dont know if I could trust OSHKOSH after this. If you dont know what im talking about you will soon, let me give you a hint, check out the doors on the OSHKOSH public "rendering" and think if you were a postal worker.....

$WKHS anyone with two brain cells to rub together can see how corrupt this $OSK deal with the USPS was.

They screwed $WKHS, plain and simple.
Why would you award close to half a billion dollars to develop a “prototype” when another company has already worked their ass off to develop one for you? WKHS spent valuable time and money on this only for the USPS to shit on them.

Why would you (without doing any research into the total costs of a full electric vehicle) choose an imaginary untested hybrid model with no proven track record?

It makes absolutely no sense!

So many red flags, it’s ridiculous.

I don’t blame WKHS for going straight to litigation, why should they assume they’d be treated fairly in the appeals process when clearly the USPS has no interest in conducting business with any integrity whatsoever!

$OSK Any lawyers on this board? Just researching/bored.
"Does lack of Jurisdiction" have something to do with the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act? It sounds like this ACT bars bid protest to the COFC that are IDIQ contract protests. That is why I'm am still curious about if Workhorse went GAO route, i cant find any info they did. Would explain the Dismissal reason of "lack of jurisdiction" : Horse was supposed to go GAO route instead.
"In sum, this latest decision on COFC task order protest jurisdiction reflects an expansive interpretation of the FASA bar. While the court generally lacks jurisdiction over task order protests, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) possesses such jurisdiction, as long as the task order in question satisfies the applicable dollar threshold.
