$TEUM Am I correct in that Q4 total cost and operating expenses were about $25M. Operating revenue for Q4 was about $17M, resulting in Q4 loss from operations of ($8M) But, they also had a sale of asset sales (per an asset transfer agreement and software license agreement -- related to a communication provider taking control of the day to day operation of the MVNO that TEUM established) that brought in addition Q4 revenue of $12.3M, with a tidy gain of $10.8M. Add that to the operating loss of ($8M) and we have a profit of $2.8M for the quarter.

That's a positive.

The open question is what the revenue terms are associated with the ongoing software license and how will it impact revenue generated from that customer.

Another open question is, now that TEUM has turned over control to the customer, what level of resources can be moved to other opportunities.
