$TRPX So...this is one of the more confusing stocks...Pure Capital (which I had done quite a bit of research on last month and seems to be a pretty reasonable Investment firm with no negatives or black marks that I can locate) invests heavily in this company and has even up to the time of letter from NASAQ and then Therapix gets an injunction from an unspecified (wink wink) shareholder prohibiting the Company from making any changes in its share capital....and just last month Pure Capital in a letter demands a replacement of the Board of Directors...could it be that Pure Capital is planning to take over the company....I am only holding 1k shares and sold most off when it hit 1.00 but had plans to buy back in this week...glad I did not but very interested in how this will play out...betting the unknown shareholder is Pure Capital and things will change drastically in the next month....GLTA
