$TUES here is the Brooks brothers article from yesterday. Litterally similar stuff to TUEs and what is has done the last few months. They have been in talks for a buyout. But the new buyer would rather have fewer stores. Lowered rents and all the other advantages that a chapter 11 can bring. This would be a dream deal for the buyer. Most of the time theyll end up paying the same price they would prior to bk but with bk they can legally get rid of stores they didnt want for Penny's on the dollar. As always IMHO. Very interesting read.
