Wins Finance Holdings Gets Delisted From Nasdaq

09:32 AM EDT, 10/21/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Wins Finance Holdings (WINS), said Wednesday it got delisted from Nasdaq starting from Oct. 21 after a substantial portion of its assets were frozen by a public security bureau in China.

The China-based investment management company received a letter from the Nasdaq notifying it the company's financial statements were considered incomplete because part of its assets was frozen by a public security bureau in China.

The company plans to request that the Nasdaq reconsiders the decision within 15 days of the notice. At this moment, its ordinary shares may become quoted on the OTC Pink Open Market upon application by a market maker.
