On January 27, 2021, we announced that our Board of Directors approved an initial public offering of Phoenix Motor Inc., the Phoenix holding company. Our subsidiary, EdisonFuture, will own approximately 75% to 80% of Phoenix Motor Inc. after the IPO. If one is completed.
