$TLRD If you read through their bankruptcy filing document (120 pages) it shows they will be issuing new shares. My intuition is telling me to believe this because they do what they say they are going to do and don't think twice about it. The only hope left here is that the judge does not agree with them and denies what they want on August 27th, 2020. Just my two cents. You most likely have until Monday (24th) to sell your shares. After that who knows....
