A StockNews newsletter client may receive a 100% refund of the subscription fees paid during his/her subscription term, provided the client’s StockNews portfolio underperforms the S&P 500 during the holding period of the stocks. All of the below reasonable criteria must be met to qualify for the refund:
- Client must have bought and sold a minimum of 25 stock/ETF recommendations from the service
- Trades must be executed within 24 hours of notification from newsletter emails or texts
- Client must show appropriate brokerage account trading documentation for the period in question.
- The net percentage gain/loss of such stock/ETF trades, must be less than the percentage returns of the S&P 500 during the same time period that these positions were held in their account.
- If your performance results prove to be less than the S&P 500 given the criteria above, then we will issue a full subscription refund and your access to the service will then be canceled.
- Monthly subscribers may receive up to one year of fees if the above criteria are met.
- Lifetime subscribers may receive a full refund up to 3 years after the start of their subscription if the above criteria are met.
