$AVCO I was wrong about the earnings released date (thanks Reuter). Interestingly, no date announced for the shareholder meeting or Q2 earnings release. I wonder if the merger fails because they could not secure the 30 million USD previously agreed on because of the recent DIDI fiasco. Any Chinese tutes thinking of investing 30 millions in a US-listed company must be ballsy. Food for thoughts.
