The BlueStar Big Data and Analytics Index, tracks the performance of globally-listed companies that derive most of their revenue or operating activity from solutions focused on: database management, data platforms, dev-ops, big data analytics, or API management. It is a weighted, rules-based index that selects at least 80% of its constituents to cover pureplay companies that derive at least 50% of their revenues from Big Data & Analytics, and 20% are other companies that derive between 25% and 50% of their revenues from Big Data & Analytics. No single company will constitute more than 8% of the Index. To be considered for selection to the Index, companies must have a freefloat percentage greater than 10%, full market capitalization of at least 500 million USD equivalent (250 million USD for current components), a 3-month average daily value traded of at least 3 million USD equivalent (1.5 million USD for current components), and a 20-day average bid-ask spread less than 1%
