Factually the company will have 3 pivotal Phase 3 studies in effect next year. They dosed the phase 3 Alzheimer’s study last week. 2 end stage liver disease phase 3 studies next year. He hinted to a non-dilutive financing that this equity raise augments. He wasn’t happy with Think Equity about this deal. He said he was angry. He knows how to finance his companies. New highs not too far away?
