- 40-45% GM forecasted 2022+
- EBITDA positive Q3 2022
- $100m annual gross sales projected in 2023 (M&A would be incremental)
- In early stages of small bolt on acquisitions funded by existing balance sheet
- Plans to launch Halo Elevate in China (China market CAGR 20+%)

I'd say this call was the first time I was comfortable with the strategy and execution plans of this management team. Their experience is starting to show.
