$ELMS Some quick math looking forward at 2022 financials. Per the recent PR (https://redirect.is/ven1sz7), the company said all FY2022 production targets laid out in their business plan. That's 19,100 units.MrGreenieSr, published August 13, 2021
We also learned that they're now charging $34,500 / van. Thus, 19,100 x 34,500 = 659 million in revenue for FY 2022
At a very meager 20% margin (remember, most things are paid for already via initial cash or through stock options) and we have PROFIT of roughly $132m.
With the 124m shares outstanding, that comes out to an EPS of $1.06... in the company's first year. With a modest PE of 30, that would place stock price by 31.80 in one year (3.5x today's close).
And that's not even accounting for the scaling of production to 35k, 55k and eventually 83k in 2025.
These same calculations - 34.5k / vehicle with a 20% margin - would put the 2025 revenue @ 2.86 billion w/ 572 mil in profit. That would be 4.61 EPS. Here, a 30 PE would translate to $138/share, or 16x today's share price.
