The fund primarily invests in US dollar-denominated debt issued by sovereign and quasi-sovereign that are rated Caa3 to Aa3 by Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or CCC- to AA- by Standard & Poor's Financial Services, LLC or Fitch Inc. It seeks to invest in securities with remaining maturity of at least two years and an original maturity of at least 5 years.
