•Yesterday, $EVBG announced they had completed the acquisition of XMatters ($240M purchase) to Accelerate Digital Transformation for Enterprise IT and Cyber Resilience. $EVBG anticipates the partial year contribution to 2021 revenue will be approximately $9-11M.
Even with pullbacks, I am still up +73% on EVBG since 2019. Analyst price targets:
Credit Suisse: $145 price target.
JPM analyst points to "a record number of 7-figure deals" in the pipeline, and believes there is likely some pent-up demand heading into FY21.

$EVBG The U.S. Army entered into a new three-year contract to power JARVISS, extending its comprehensive antiterrorism and force protection program to keep military personnel and facilities safe.
The new contract includes two U.S. Air Force major and subordinate commands – Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) and Air Force North (AFNORTH), respectively
Last year, $EVBG entered into a contract with JARVISS for threat visibility, to assess and respond to the impact that the COVID-19 outbreak has on Army staff, facilities, installations, and offsite special events.
The Army joins more than 70 Federal agencies supported by the Everbridge CEM platform including FEMA, FCC, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the GSA, the Departments of Commerce, Energy, Interior, Justice, and Health and Human Services, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the FDIC, the EPA, the National Cancer Institute, and the Peace Corps.
