Lemme see, using your figures and trying to sneak a lil of my reality in, too...
If I have 10 'shares' now they're worth @$71.50.
(Notice 'shares'? Important learning moment. Call your broker & ask!)
But I wait, forego selling (& banking @$71.50 for every 10 'shares' I have), after execution of new shareholder agreemenet, I actually get $1.53/'share' (so the cost, foregoing @$56.20 + @$15.30=$71.50/'share'). Weird that number is the same, by pure coincidence...maybe an omen?! Now a conversion 11:1 shares calculation gets you .75 of a warrant and each share costs...
You get the picture, right? It's 'to the moon', 'diamond hands' and nothing but 'free' money; or is it? Careful. All the best. MM
