$IVAN adding to my watchlist;EV Battery Manufacturer, SES to go public through this SPAC with $200 Million in backing from General Motors, Hyundai, Kia, SAIC Motor, LG Tech, Foxconn, Fidelity, Geely and Franklin Templeton. This merger will create the first publicly traded, hybrid lithium-metal battery manufacturer at scale and high-energy density. GM has been invested since 2015 and is also in a joint development agreement for battery usage along with Hyundai and Kia. Their batteries can charge to 80% in less than 15 minutes. Currently 48% institutional ownership with 250,000 shares purchased by insiders over the past 90 days.
