Biotech has sucked beyond belief this year. I guess that'll happen when M&A (which is what the entire sector is based on) falls to historically low and pitiful levels. Of course that's resulting from chatter of much higher corporate taxes.

How can these companies do M&A if their M&A money is being taken to pay for $4.5 trillion in spending in a matter of weeks?

Absolutely disheartened with "investing" at this point. The only good "investment" would be shorting Uncle Sam.

This tax and spending at obscene levels is going to crush the markets. I think confidence will dip hard in the next few months. And a dip in confidence doesn't bode well for these spec names.
