Thrive Acquisition Corporation Announces Closing of $172.5 Million Initial Public OfferingNEWTON, Mass., October 25, 2021--Thrive Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 17,250,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, including 2,250,000 units issued pursuant to the exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option in full.
