$UNT You'll probably be able to sell tomorrow or worst case in a couple of days after it trades on the pink sheets. What you could sell it for is anyone's guess as only a gambler would buy the shares at this point. Shareholders right now will own nothing but some out of the money warrants (like long dated call options), which they get if they sign a release and basically agree not to sue and hold up the whole bankruptcy process. The value of those warrants obviously depends on many factors that are not clear at the moment, but I seriously doubt there is more than 10 cents of value left in the shares, so I would definitely sell if you are able to get anywhere near where it was trading before BK.
