$AAOI i've mentioned this in previous posts, and I'll repeat it here: Lin's management team is culturally misaligned with Wall Street and the wants, needs, and desires of the investment community. At times, it seems as though their CFO, Stephan Murray is put forward as an ambassador to investors---But, he's not the CEO, and it seems awkward the top leader is not able to properly manage or execute business communications. It's time for Lin to step down, and perhaps temporarily install Murray in place until they can find a CEO. They need a CEO that will fire under performing team members and take action on their own failures too.
