$ABR Hopefully Paul and Ivan see the market much prefers them issuing capital via preferred stock or debt as opposed to common equity. I understand it’s accretive but I also understand the stock gets slammed every time they issue more shares and I can help from a selfish standpoint but feel that I am getting diluted somehow.
