$ADXS $4 share minimum and $300M combined MC, that means there can be NO MORE than 75M shares in combined company, max, correct?

They would never run it to the max.......so if we have 32M shares @ $10, and we get 25%, that means our 160M shares at 1:20 RS becomes 8M and they would have 24M shares.

So if you have 20,000 shares today @ .42 = $8400.....you would then have 1,000 shares @ $10....or $10,000.

The other side of the coin is BioSight people would then have 24M shares valued at $10....$240M valuation!! They are making out like bandits when you look at how much we have raised and lost compared to what they have raised and lost.

There is no fkn way you can spin this into a good deal for us. Sorry, but that is just the truth. I have crunched the numbers many times...no good outcome unless we fight like hell!!! And I am not sure that works.

I expect them to somehow do this merger than have the RS vote where BioSight "new" shareholders get a vote, therefore voiding our majority.
