(NASDAQ: AFH) ("Atlas" or the "Company") today announced the retirement of its Chairman, Mr. Gordon G. Pratt, from the Board of Directors effective August 1, 2020. Atlas Financial Holdings Announces Extension of its Agreement with National Interstate Insurance CompanyAtlas Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFH) ("Atlas" or the "Company") today announced that it had extended its agreement with National Interstate Insurance Company ("National Interstate" or "NATL"), which was previously announced in June 2019. Trading volume was 144.8 million, compared with the full-day average of about 565,000 shares, and enough to make the stock the most actively traded on major U.S. exchanges.
