$AKTS Schumer's semiconductor pork bill, The U.S. Innovation and Competition Act, passed the Senate. Off to the House it goes. The important part for AKTS:

"...for fiscal year 2022, $24,000,000,000, to remain available until
expended, of which $19,000,000,000 shall be for section 9902 of Public Law 116–283" which refers to "The Secretary shall establish in the Department of Commerce a program that, in accordance with the requirements of this section and subject to the availability of appropriations for such purposes, provides Federal financial
assistance to covered entities to incentivize investment in
facilities and equipment in the United States for semiconductor
fabrication, assembly, testing, advanced packaging, or research and development. "

There is a bunch of blah blah about funding training programs and all that BS, but this should be an easy layup for AKTS to harvest pork once the bill passes. If they got $100 million, that is just .53% of the entire pig for FY22.
