$ALCO Orange Juice Company trying to disguise itself as a "Florida Land Company" to attract the hot money, retail investors. Folks, look at the quality of the land they own #1, #2 look at the negative margins on the orange juice business-- no wonder they are trying to distance themselves from their core business (LOL). #3 they are eventually going to get hit on environmental problems they have had for decades. Juicing the land means a lot more than making juice. Producing orange juice is among the most pesticide and fertilizer-intensive operations that are allowed under Federal law --which could change at any time! YUP! Growing oranges in south Florida means constant spraying and fertilizing.
