The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Armor US Equity Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities of the index. The index generally is comprised of one or more ETFs, each of which is designed to track the performance of common stocks included in one of the following sectors, as determined by the Global Industry Classification Standard: communication services, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, financials, health care, industrials, information technology, materials, real estate, and utilities.
