$ASRT I believe you’ll see a filing for Ch. 11 to complete a financial Re-Org before you’ll see another R/S. Reason being a R/S unlike Ch. 11 filing has to be approved via shareholder vote like what mngmt tried to do during the 2021 AM. Ch.11 can be done w/o shareholder approval, only has to be approved by SEC & Bankruptcy Court. Doesn’t mean it’ll go out of business but allows a company to completely wipe out existing common share debt & leave existing shareholders only w/warrants to be able to purchase (@ new issued value) or sell (@ current market value) newly issued stock w/in usually a two year period or less. If shit starts to hit the fan & ASRT drops below $1 it becomes bigger play & anyone who’s invested in ASRT would be ignorant at this point not to have this scenario as a possibility if small-cap & bio sector’s don’t start rebounding anytime in the next 6-12 months. $11M a quarter for current legal fees as well is going to continue to limit/suck earnings & reserves. IMHO💁‍♂️
