$BAND Part of the problem here is while the float is only ~ 22M shares (nice low floater which is fun) 15% of that float is short. It's right up there with meme stocks $MVIS (16% short) and $GME (17%). And, short interest has been growing last few months. For comparison to a competitor, $TWLLO has 2% of its float short.

As such, Band is not a very liquid equity which makes it a good candidate to manipulate if a subset of MMs want to collude on price action. No algo is trading this as it wouldn't pass criteria for more selling after 9 and 10 straight days of selling already.

We may need to bring this case to a higher court...
