$CEI watch the July 15 video. James Doris says about CEI's outstanding filings "it will get done, it is a priority". As it is my understanding, this filing deadline is now Aug 24. Therefore, CEI has to come through on this or they will be in hot water (litigation-wise) with their shareholders. And i do believe Doris is being candid with this obligation. Therefore, we should expect the filing of the financials this week, (unless somehow the SEC extends the Plan again, which does not appear the likely outcome, or intent of CEI or SEC).
