$CPAH Counterpath's galactically incompetent BOD has finally realized its selections for CEO were/are catastrophic. They cannot create value either for themselves or shareholders. What a bunch of LOSERS. Now they are prepared to throw in the towel, realizing how bad are the company's prospects as things now stand, and be bought by a nothing-burger firm just to get a small payout. If this buyout fails (I voted NO), the only way ahead for the company is the for BOD to grow a set and IMMEDIATELY fire Karp AND Carothers and hire a CEO from ZOOM that actually knows what he's doing. Here we are forced to turn in our shares for this pathetic stock price because of this lousy BOD and the even lousier CEOs it named. I mean, giving Carothers the title of chief revenue office was an utter joke. All the red ink in which the company swam for the last 5-10 years is due to his ineffectiveness as well as, of course, that of Bozo Jones.
