@mclim73 @bio99 check out $CYTK they did a 200 mil offering July 19? (They ended up raising over 300mil) Closed July 23rd at 27$ I believe, look it up to get precise days. But they actually went up in price. Read comments here and researched online, there is a few theories about this raise. I believe big boys wanted more shares, this allowed them to do it. Why not wait to get the 12 week read out or 24 week read outs. You have enough cash to get us through 2022. Positive data after the 12 or 24 week data will send us flying. Raised more capital then for less of a share dilution. I believe 3rd qtr we hit min 40 million in bero revenues alone, by 4th quarter 55 million. by Next year our burn rate would be next to nothing even if we have 100 mil in expenses per quarter. It’s not adding up, I don’t believe this was to raise capital. We should find out tomorrow.
