$DMRC BAM Geez, they took down my post questioning whether your shares are with a firm you know sells their order flow to the HFT HF's and possibly sketchy with their stock lending. Going to have to copy for paste on twits this one just in case. The idea that a non penny stock NASDAQ listed issue that's also part of an index (RUT) would be restricted with no margin ability and no release is stunning. What else is going on here? If you are with a firm you know sells their order flow and caters to the likes of Citadel, what else are they doing? How many times have they lent your shares? Could proper custodianship become an issue in a crisis, or is everyone in the same boat? I own original shares in retirement accounts where it's illegal to loan and I've checked as well as I can about lending (3 separate times, unless people lied to me) and been told our shares are secure.
