$DRRX Those like myself , who believes in the AHFIRM trial success will hold on till the end of it. A bump up with any Posimir news helps some to sell & leave. . Others( major holders) will stay..
I believe in DUR928 for the following reasons.
1. Recent updates on Aug 5,2021, from Dr. Ren of VCU on the patents. So the science & the drug is real. https://patents.justia.com/inventor/shunlin-ren
2.Very convincing data (Phase2a) with 19 patient study. So, 35+centers enrolled fast in Phase 2b Clinical trials.The worse the MELD/Liles scores the better the outcome.100% survival vs 30% death.
3.JB said in the CC they have the capacity to make large quantities of DUR928 for trials and future marketing.
4.Mike.A said they have enough cash and may be more after Posimir deal to complete the study.
5. No competition & it will be life saving. So, a small team will do.
6. They have another dozen clinical trials to be lined up in the future. Again are life saving & no competition. E.g- ARDS & Sepsis with MODS.
