For this (lack of) performance, Burns pay himself $4.7M in salary, bonus, and stock. Yee gets $2.0M, Dick / Cho $1.9M each. Imagine being the chief strategy officer for "the gang that couldn't shoot straight" and getting paid $1.9M per year. WTF

If you are a shareholder, go to page 61 of the 2021 Mgmt Proxy Circular and look at their corporate goals and how they justify paying themselves like this. Also, go to their website and look at all of the recently added senior management positions.

Shameful.
