1) They haven’t even filed a BLA with the FDA yet. The company stated this would occur in Q4

2) Once the BLA has been filed, it takes about 8 months for the FDA to review under the Fast Track designation

3) Only 20% of those companies that file under Fast Track Designation actually receive approval

Don’t listen to fools like Steve that have no clue wtf they are talking about

And fwiw, it’s highly unlikely the FDA accepts the BLA anyways since it was only a 51 patient trial conducted in Denmark. There are also already 2 drugs on the market in the U.S. for this indication led by Jazz Pharmaceuticals
