EVERTEC Announces Credit Rating Upgrade by Moody’s

EVERTEC, Inc. (NYSE: EVTC) (“Evertec” or the “Company”) today announced that Moody’s Investors Services (“Moody’s”) has upgraded Evertec’s corporate family credit rating to B1 from B2.
