$HTZ guys, i don't want that this stock will be delisted and you lose your whole investment. But there is two options, which "D" means on the Nasdaq`s webpage. Reason 1: Company will be delisted and will be closed in 2021. Reason 2: This company will be mergered. See $GARS. This stock has the "D" either but it is not BK and the reason for the delisting is "merger". So or so, you guys are gambling and thanks god i am not in your position rn.
