$GLG Does anyone know if this is a VIE structure stock ?

EG - Does it fall under an offshore chinese US listed where it is domiciled on normally the Caymen Islands and gives 'exposure of types' to the underlying stock which is chinese .

They say that more than 50% of chinese - US listed stocks use this Vie loophole - that was largely ignored until now...

I cannot find the info but id presume on the Price beating that TD holdings is one of the said stocks, I could not find reasons for a Downtrend at 1$ ,
I find even less reason to downtrend at 0.67 But in this case I think charts tell us very little about unchartered water.

A good news release that would see this gain 1$ to current price would be very welcome,
Annoying to see small time shorters think they are hero's just because a certain 'theme' is getting hammered right now
