$HHC Strong operating asset performance! Price per acre is down overall compared to Q3 2020. Seaport is still (understandably) struggling. Overall not bad. Should be around 95-100 in my opinion though. Was hoping for a dip to buy more but I'm more than content with it being 26.5% of my portfolio. Maybe 1 day it'll dip and Ill be able to make it 35% and grow it to 50%, But I got plenty of patience until then.
