(NYSE: INVH) ("Invitation Homes" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share payable on shares of its common stock, representing a 7.7% increase over the prior quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share.
