On 7/28/21 AGEN announced the spin-off of its MiNK Therapeutics subsidiary (an iNKT platform). We believe AGEN is dramatically undervalued for a # of reasons.

At $6/share AGEN's market cap is about $1.3B but with $300MM cash AGEN's enterprise value is only $1.0B. AGEN has a vast I/O pipeline with multiple Big Pharma partnerships and ownership of 1 of the premier vaccine adjuvants on the market today (in addition to MiNK).

Simply put, our analysis concludes AGEN's market cap completely discounts the MiNK IPO in 2H2021. If AGEN spins off 20% via IPO it would therefore retain 80% of MiNK. These peer IPOs/LLEs suggest MiNK could have a valuation of ~$1.0Billion by itself.

Again we see enormous disconnects. Hence we seek genuine feedback on why MiNK would not have a valuation consistent with $IPSC $CELU & Wugen. We should note in MiNK's iNKT trial on severe COVID patients, 3 of the 1st 4 patients tested were extubated (2 within 24 hours of dosing).
