$KTOS As many of you may recall, last Friday, after market close, there was a PR reporting that Kratos was awarded a multi-year, sole source agreement for ~$340M from the Air Force. The scope of work was for maintenance, etc.

Given the magnitude of this award, have any of you wondered why an official PR from Kratos was not released and still hasn’t? I questioned it at the time and after seeing this question raised in the Yahoo Discussion Group, I can’t help but wonder why hasn’t Kratos released a PR. I just perused their website and could not find anything about this award.

Did whoever released this information on this award jump the gun? Was the award withdrawn or a hold placed on it?

Given how much the Kratos SP has declined in recent weeks, Kratos needs to release some very positive news, a catalyst, to stop the bleeding and help regain confidence in attaining their objectives.
