Featured Post From StockTwits About LDI

$RKT $UWMC $LDI For some clarification... the US all time home sales record was in the late 60s when the interest rates were over 13-18%. Since then the US has never sold even half the amount of homes as they did in just a few years. We would have come close to it had we had this year and next with sales as strong as they were in 2020. So what does this mean when we are averaging just 3.25%... ignore the rates and the noise... people will buy regardless and the desire to buy a home has never been higher. Pay attention to the demand not the noise... if people will keep buying... that's all that matters. Soon the 'Shadow Inventory' will be available once moratoriums end. When that happens you'll see a frenzy of purchases and a rapid turn over of homes (meaning bought to flip and sell so... basically 3 transactions instead of 1) and then new sales. Then likely companies will cash out their investment purchases afterwards. Hold long... hold strong!

$RKT reddit loves this lender vs. LDI.

Is it THAT heavily shorted? I see....
*18% short
*MC Trades at 2x revs (undervalued yes)
*106MM float (decent size)

Now, Compare it to it’s Direct Competitor (both net-net profitable)

*23% short per finviz other sources say higher (28% short in pic)
*MC is LESS than their revs.
*7mm float per finviz

Not sure why they want to ‘squeeze’
RKT even after its has already been squeezed from 18 to 42.00

Disclosure - IRA bagholder and wont sell until its in 28-44 area per FIBs. Its a retirement/investment acct, after all.
