$TELL dilution factor is what the little cheerleaders don't get. Just like this week where their nuts ended up in a grander with a 17% drop on 60M shares that got sold off.

The Authorized Share count is 800M. I expect they will need raise that to 1B shares. The 35M share dilution is on its way to add to 435M common shares. So what happens to PPS during all this dilution/announcement's that very well may double the entire float? Whoops!

Don't go counting your eggs before they hatch and don't put the wagon in front of the horse. Delays in this business can become nightmares early on for investors. Those Investors with a 5 year outlook may get paid well at the current stock price but expect a very bumpy ride getting there. I see no reason at this point to rush in to enter with what's still on the plate. #Dilution
