$MCEP So for you former MCEP holders, check your broker's cost basis page. The transaction should have completed by the 25th. The way Vanguard did it for me was that 100% of my MCEP shares were sold at the close price of $5.52 for a REALIZED gain, and the proceeds of that sale were used to immediately buy MCF at the associated share price premium ($2.98). So, even though I got some MCF shares, I'm on the hook for capital gains taxes on the MCEP shares.
